Reheating Procedures

⁃ Pre heat oven 180c
⁃ Put Ribs on tray bone side down
⁃ Put it in the oven for 15 mins then brush on sauce (Save some Sauce for Dipping)
⁃ put back in the oven for another 10 mins or until you have browned the outside.
⁃ Serve
Griller
⁃ Preheat griller
⁃ place ribs bone side first then flip to meat side
⁃ brush sauce then brown it (Save some Sauce for Dipping)
⁃ Serve
Blowtorched
⁃ Microwave @ high for 3 mins or till steaming hot
⁃ blow torch the meat side then glave blowtorch again to brown
