Le Chateau d’Estoublon Balsamic Vinegar

Selected by Château d'Estoublon, this balsamic vinegar offers a sweet and sour nose, balanced with a good length with aromas of fruit and wood. It is an ideal condiment to accompany salads or cooked vegetables, grilled meat, fish and seafood, cheese, mushroom, potato or omelet.

Grape varieties used: Trebbiano bianco and Lambrusco. Vinegar obtained from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, aged in oak barrels.
