Our sea salts come from the Missolonghi basin, a natural area in the northwest of Greece. The smoking, 100% natural, is carried out cold with beech wood for 140 hours. Its aroma is deep and intense and its golden color is unique.
It is ideal for seasoning meats and vegetables. It is also very appreciated by vegetarians for its taste similar to smoked bacon.
