Royal Oscietre

This caviar comes from 15 year old Russian Sturgeons (Oscietra Ancipenser Gueldenstaedtii). Cured with only salt and prized for its color ranging from grayish green to a dark golden brown, these eggs have a great shine to them and the flavors are rich, nutty and leaves a lingering finish on your palate.
