HOW TO ORDER

  1. Pick one of our curated boxes, or choose the items that you want from our high-quality selection of gourmet selections  – it’s all in your hands!
  2. Select the variant and quantity you like and click the ‘add to cart’ button.
  3. Once you’ve finalized your order, press ‘check out’.
  4. Kindly fill in the necessary shipping & billing information and select the mode of payment of your preference. 
  5. For GCash and bank transfers, kindly send us a copy of the proof of payment to contact@delidrop.ph or via our DMs on Instagram @delidropph.
  6. And voila! Just sit back, relax & wait for us to notify you once we do the drop.

 

DELIVERY

Do you deliver nationwide?

  • Currently, all perishable and frozen items can only be delivered within Metro Manila. However, we accept provincial orders for dry goods such as grocery items, snacks, cleaning supplies, etc.

How much is your shipping fee?

    • Shipping fee is free for orders above P2500 or P199 for Metro Manila, while it's P350 for Greater Metro Manila or P150 for orders above P2,500.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

  • Once order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. In case of any changes on product availability, our team will reach out to you through the contact information provided. 

How long before I receive my order?

  • We accept same day delivery for orders placed until 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered next working day. Regular delivery days are through Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays where your order will be delivered the next working day. 
  • Since we make sure to deliver your items fresh, some items such as fresh produce require 1 day lead time which means, your complete order will be delivered the following day. 
  • We will make sure to deliver the order in time. However, if there are such delays, we shall contact the customer immediately to reschedule the delivery.

  Regular delivery hours: Mondays-Saturdays, 11am-8pm

    How can I track my delivery?

    • You will receive an email/SMS once your package is out for delivery. 
    • Kindly make sure there is someone available to accept your package.
    • Our Deliriders/drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery point. If no one receives the package, the order will be returned to us. Rescheduling of delivery will be shouldered by the customer. 

     

    STORE HOURS

    In line with the COVID-19 situation, our operating hours are adjusted due to the limited work force. Pick up schedule will also be limited to the schedule listed below:

    • 10am-7pm, Mondays-Saturdays
    • Sundays: Open for walk ins and pick ups, no delivery
    • Closed: Public Holidays

     

    PAYMENT

    What are the modes of payment accepted?

    • We accept all credit cards, bank deposits (BDO and BPI), GCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for pick ups.

     

    RETURN & EXCHANGE

    Did you receive an incorrect or faulty item?

    • Reach out to us within 7 days from the day of delivery and we'll replace your item. Items eligible for return must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. 

    How do I receive my refund?

    • Refunds may either be in store credits or in cash. Store credits may be used on your next transaction and does not have an expiry date. For those who opt of cash, payment will be transferred to your account whether via bank or Gcash within 5 working days.
